basalt rebar manufacturing lines and for the past 10 years we have been perfecting this technology to the level
of а turn-key solution. Today, we supply our fiberglass/basalt rebar, mesh and bent elements production lines
globally and make the world of construction new age, more secure and immune to affects of time and weather.

FRP Rebar production line

Our FRP Rebar production line has been perfected over the
course of the last 10 years and has now reached its peak
product stage. Resultantly, we have achieved non-stop
production process flow and made sure that it requires zero
to попе upkeep input, whilst producing а constantly high
quality of end product at maximum output.

We manufacture 2 different FRP production lines:
ЕВ4 has simultaneous output of 4 bars
ЕВ6 has simultaneous output of 6 bars

 

Both ЕВ4 and ЕВ6 production lines are designed to Ье
turn-key once the assemЬly is finished, which typically
takes 10 working days and we always send our
representative to help with the installation process!

FRP Mesh Rebar production line

Our FRP Mesh Rebar production line has been perfected
over the course of the last 10 years and has now reached its
peak product stage. Resultantly, we have achieved non-stop
production process flow and made sure that it requires zero
to none upkeep input, whilst producing a constantly high
quality of end product at maximum output.


We manufacture 2 different FRP Mesh production lines:
EB1M outputs 1 meter wide mesh
EB2M outputs 2 meter wide mesh

 

Both EB1M and EB2M production lines are designed to be
turn-key once the assembly is finished, which typically takes
10 working days and we always send our representative to
help with the installation process!

Automotive Carpet Press production line

Enterbas has deep expertise in developing RF Welding and RF Sealing equipment. Now it has applied that knowledge to development of a platen press specifically designed to weld automotive carpet pads. Production Engineering engineers have combined a versatile, heavy-duty, low friction press with a powerful, frequency-stabilized generator to create an ingenious system that delivers maximum efficiency and speed with minimum operating costs.

Geotextile production line (SPUNBOND LINE)

In the Enterbas spunbond nonwoven process, polymers are transformed into
endless filaments by melting and stretching, and then deposited on a
perforated belt.The conversion of granulate into nonwoven takes place
in a single production step.


Available configurations:
Fine denier: typically from 1,5 to 3 denier
Coarse denier: typically from 4 to 15 denier


Polymer, filament and web weight flexibility meeting
high industrial quality standards and efficient
productivity, are essential for
nonwoven producers in this field.

Geotextile production line (MELTBLOWN LINE)

In the Enterbas meltblown process the polymer is extruded and spun while
drawing step is made using high speed hot compressed air forming extremely thin filaments (fibrils) which are conditioned and collected over a suitable moving surface (forming belt) creating a web. The conversion of granulate into nonwoven takes place in a single production step.

 

Available configurations:
Stand alone: from 1 beam (M) to 2 beams (MM)
Composite: in combination with spunbond from 3 beams
(SMS) up to 6 beams (SSMMMS)

• The web weight goes from 10 up to 500 gsm
• The throughputs that we can achieve go up to 100 kg/h per m
• Typical working widths are from 1.6 up to 3,2 m
